Shipping & Returns

Returns : Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Items MUST be unused, be in the original packaging, and show absolutely no signs of use or attempted use. Always record a tracking number when sending an item back.

Exchanges : Email us Info@TalkingTurkeyCall.com make exchange arrangements.

Refunds : A refund, which is the purchase price minus original shipping charges, will be given immediately upon receiving and inspecting all merchandise. Sorry, but we do not provide return labels.

Shipping : A high percentage of the time we ship within 24 hours of an order being placed. Orders are not necessarily fulfilled the same day the order is placed even when faster shipping services such as Priority or Priority Express are selected.  Please allow up to 48 to 72 hours for a tracking numbers during peak season which is typically December 1st to the end of March. 

 When placing an order, please make sure the shipping address is accurate. If you are using a PayPal account, make sure your address is up to date. Do not forget to include relevant information like suite, floor or apartment numbers.  Oftentimes, especially during peak season, we ship faster than we can check our emails so, if there is a mistake made, chances are it cannot be corrected. If a package is returned to us because an address error or you simply decided you did not want it, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
